Return Policy
- All clearance items are final and non-refundable.
- All sale items other than clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- All preorder items are final and non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please see our policy on preorders.
- All custom-made or special order items are made based upon your order. All sales of these items are final and non-refundable.
Shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. When free shipping was granted at purchase, the actual shipping cost related to the return item will be deducted from the total credit amount. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part.
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return. Only returns with receipt will be processed.
Please contact us at returns@tickon.com to obtain a return merchandize authorization number (RMA#). A package without a RMA# will be refused and returned to you. Once you obtain your RMA#, please ship your return to the following address:
